responsibility

responsibility
The state of being answerable for an obligation, and includes judgment, skill, ability and capacity. McFarland v. George, Mo.App., 316 S.W.2d 662, 671.
The obligation to answer for an act done, and to repair or otherwise make restitution for any injury it may have caused.
